A funny thing happened in the midst of another poor season; the Redskins went to New York and kicked the stuff out of the Giants, sweeping the boys in blue and giving Washington fans something to smile about.
This week the boys examine the strong effort in the New Meadowlands. They praise the poise of Grossman, the execution of the offensive line, the playmaking of the receivers, and the grit of the running backs.
Then there was the defense.
This game was by far the best outing of the season for the secondary – intercepting Eli no fewer than three times. The front seven did their part, applying pressure to the quarterback and stuffing the run.
The gang gives out game balls and for once, Kyle Shanahan earns high praise from the boys.
Finally; can the Redskins keep the good feeling going this weekend against the Vikings?
Enjoy!
