The Redskins finally overcame the losing skid to get the win in Seattle. Along the way they overcame a 10-point deficit and executed two impressive plays-for-score.
This week the boys discuss the performance in the loudest stadium in the league. They breakdown the impressive performance by Roy Helu, the big play from Rex Grossman to Anthony Armstrong, the big plays by Freddy Delight, the return of Santana Moss, the play of the defense and more.
Special guest Joel Murphy joins the show just back in town from covering the game and gives us the all-important press box food quality report.
And why are Texas A&M fans now looking for Pappas to straighten him out?

The Redskins played a heck of a game and just missed (literally) beating their rivals in front of the home fans.
But man, what a game.
This week the boys look at the latest loss to the Cowboys. Pappas says there are two camps on this deal – those who believe the Redskins played hard and competed until the end, and those who look at yet another loss on the road to a disastrous season (Reffkin says it’s all about being a realist).
The boys answer whether the team is closer or farther than last year to greatness. Then, everybody gets a chance to pick their quarterback for next year – and the good news is the Redskins stand to pick up one of the top QBs in a very good quarterback draft class.
Meanwhile there is another game this Sunday. Predictions all around.
Enjoy!

No matter what the Redskins do lately, they appear snakebit and destined to lose. Make a change at quarterback; the guy throws two interceptions. A rookie receiver has a breakout day; he gets hurt and goes on injured reserve. They play another one win team; they walk away with another loss.
This week the boys breakdown the breakdowns on this Washington team. The offense is clearly the low point for the Redskins, but the defense lately has not been much better. The gang wonders if the team is getting better or getting worse and there is a prediction of a coordinator change at the end of the year.
Daniel and Murf team up to argue for patience and the turnaround they say is coming, while Pappas proclaims there won’t be a future for Mike Shanahan if next year looks like this.
And while all of this is going on, it’s Dallas week. Predictions all around.

Four straight defeats and the specter of another lost season finally has head coach Mike Shanahan using the dreaded R-word: rebuilding.
But the gang knows this can never happen with the current quarterback rotation and with the lack of skill-position players. And as hard as it is to believe, the guys are already looking towards the draft and who the team might want to be the next franchise QB.
In the meantime Pappas claims this offense is worse than any he has seen in his six years covering. All agree the defense is better, but identify areas of improvement on that side of the ball as well.
And the best news is we face eight more weeks of games to savor.
Predictions for Miami all around.

There’s nothing like a three-game skid to bring out the passion in the boys. This week the gang examines the depths to which the Redskins have sunk. Murf talks about what an ugly game like the one in Toronto looks like up close, while Pappas examines the obligations of fans in the face of such a poor product.
There’s more discussion of the quarterback, and wait until you hear what Murf is willing to give for a little Luck. Next, the spotlight is turned to the coach and his coordinator for a son.
Finally there’s a look toward this weekend – can anyone muster a positive prediction?
